As the Professor in Work Integrated Learning (WIL), you will lead the development and delivery of the professional experience and work integrated learning units embedded in the Faculty’s nursing, midwifery and allied health degrees. In addition, you will assist the Executive Dean in achieving University and Faculty teaching and learning goals including the development, implementation, and monitoring of the faculty strategic and operational plans.
Working collaboratively across each discipline your research and professional practice ideas and values will enhance curriculum quality and student learning outcomes. The Professor in WIL will develop and support a high achieving multidisciplinary research team and higher degree research students.
With an emphasis on stakeholder engagement, you will foster professional experience and WIL research partnerships locally, nationally and internationally and develop and maintain partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders that support the Faculty’s professional experience and WIL needs.

Initially, this role will serve a 5-year term as Associate Dean WIL (ADWIL) in the Faculty of Health.
