About the Summit
The ACEN WIL Virtual Summit is a 2 day online event open to ACEN Members (free) and Non-Members. Join us to explore the Summit theme “Beyond 2020: Creating the Future with WIL” through showcases, refereed paper presentations and interactive roundtables. There will also be online opportunities to socialise and network with colleagues from across the country and beyond. We look forward to you joining us so register now.
Closer to the event, in September, registered participants will be provided with information about selection of sessions, links to the Summit ZOOM platform and access to catch up recorded Summit sessions.

Keynote Speaker

Norah McRae
Associate Provost, Cooperative and Experiential Education, University of Waterloo, Canada
Norah McRae, PhD, is Associate Provost, Co-operative and Experiential Education at the University of Waterloo. Her involvement in co-operative and work-integrated education spans more than twenty years, over which time she has led strategic program development and research on student engagement, community-engaged learning and intercultural competency development.
She is a faculty member for the WACE Planning Institute for Global and Experiential Education and the WACE Assessment Institute. Norah has served as President of the Canadian Association for Co-operative Education and is Vice Chair Strategy & Operations, World Association for Co-operative and Work-integrated Education Board of Directors.
WIL Chats

WIL Chats will be a feature of the ACEN Virtual Summit available to Summit participants only . WIL chats will connect Summit participants with WIL Champions to participate in virtual 1:1 opportunities to network. WIL Champions will share their WIL expertise, stories , projects or research after the Summit with Participants informally over a virtual coffee catch up.
