QLD Chapter Meeting 2023

ACEN QLD Chapter Members are invited to attend the 2023 Chapter Meeting on 12th September 2023. ACEN chapter committee elections are held in conjunction with the Chapter Meetings.

Election Details

Nominations Open: 15 August 2023

Nominations Close: 5 September 2023

Nominations are called for:

• Chairperson
• Deputy Chairperson
• Secretary
• Chapter Director
• 6 General Members

All positions become vacant and all current committee are eligible for re-election.

To be eligible for election you must:

• Be an ACEN member prior to date of the general meeting
• Have your nomination supported and signed by two other Members who are eligible to vote using the Nominator Form – please note, emails will not be accepted.
• Agree to abide by the rules and constitution of ACEN and be aware of the expectations of being a member of a state chapter committee.

An election will be held via online voting in the event that the number of nominations exceeds the number of vacancies.

Results will be announced at the Chapter Meeting.

Successful candidates will serve on the Chapter Committee for a two-year term, 2023-2025, commencing from the completion of the next ACEN national Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 1 November 2023.
