The ACEN Special General Meeting, held on September 21 2016, approved the proposed changes to the ACEN Constitution.
This now means the Chapters are governed by Bylaws drawn up in consultation with the Chapters. These bylaws can be changed on a motion of the Board whereas previously they were embedded in the constitution and any change required a General Meeting of ACEN.
