Nominations are called for up to TWO eligible members to be elected as Directors to the ACEN BoardCurrent directors retiring under this requirement may choose to nominate again.

Elections for the above positions will be held at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 1:30PM AEDT WEDNESDAY 4 NOVEMBER 2020. Where more than two nominations are received an online ballot of members will be conducted prior to the Annual General Meeting.

To be eligible for election to the above positions members must be registered on the Members Register, prior to date of the general meeting, and to have their nomination supported by two other Members who are eligible to vote. Nominations must be received by the Secretary at admin@acen.edu.au not later than 5:00PM AEST WEDNESDAY 30 SEPTEMBER 2020 using the attached form.

Nominating Members should be aware that they are obligated to demonstrate support from their employer for their participation on the Board. Directors must be available to attend TWO face-to-face meetings in a year (pending COVID restrictions), of which their employer will cover travel expenses for one of these meetings.
