Constitution and Bylaws
2016 Special General Meeting
In September 2016 changes were made to the constitution and approved by members.
This now means the Chapters are governed by Bylaws drawn up in consultation with the Chapters. These bylaws can be changed on a motion of the Board whereas previously they were embedded in the constitution and any change required a General Meeting of ACEN.
2013 Special General Meeting
At the Special General Meeting, held by teleconference on June 5, 2013 the members passed the motions required to move ACEN from an incorporated association to a company limited by guarantee.
The ACEN constitution was approved by ASIC on November 6, 2013.
